The Plasmas are designed to help the rider minimize aerodynmic drag. They are ideally suited to triathlons, time trials, and any race against the clock when the wind is your biggest enemy.

The Plasma2 frame was designed as the ultimate triathlon bike, and has posted multiple record breaking bike splits around the world. Featuring a finned bottom bracket and heavily sculpted seat tubing the Plasma2 provides 127 degrees of rear wheel shelter. The TwinTurbo sero carbon seat stays and integrated cable routing further reduce wind drag to an astonishing 4.952 Newtons - the first bike in the world to go under 5 Newtons!

For 2013 we are offering Special Edition models across much of the Scott carbon range, in addition to the standard specifications, featuring upgraded wheels at minimal cost.
