For 2010 Look have introduced the concept of authorised Test Centres to ensure that their frames will only be available from dealers with proper knowledge of such an advanced product. It is also a condition of the 2010 Look warranty that customers must visit an authorised dealer for a face to face consultation at some point before the bike/frame is collected or delivered.
